8. Search
   SyncWatch.Video's site uses the YouTube Search API and the Google Search API. The search feature must be used in compliance with the terms of service of those APIs.
9. Chat
   When you send a URL in the SyncWatch.Video chat, it is being shared with Sny.nu, a third party that shortens the URL. It also provides a certain level of additional security, which makes SyncWatch.Video safer. By using the SyncWatch.Video chat, you allow SyncWatch.Video to send URLs to this third party. 10. Modifications
